Dan and I hit the road again a few minutes ago after almost 2 months in Florida. More on that in a minute but the exciting part is that I am actually adding this blog entry while Dan drives since I got an aircard. I can get internet access almost anywhere, even while we are driving now. It works like a cell phone picking up signals from towers. Don't we live in a wonderful age.
OK, now let's catch up on the past 3 months. We left Colorado and went to Arizona to see my maid of honor. Dan got a hearing aid from her for his unilateral hearing loss. While we were out one day, we had a fire which was confined to the washer/dryer. Had to have the RV cleaned to get rid of the nasty smoke smell but hey, cleaning the carpet was on my "To Do" list so that part was ok. Meandered back to Austin for a quick 10 days or so at Thanksgiving and about 20 meetings for Dan's work and then on to Florida.
Dan's folks live near Orlando and his mom has been having trouble lately so we went to help with her for almost 2 months. Dan got to golf almost every week w/ his dad, had Christmas with his family for the first time in over 25 years, and spent time with his mom. Lindie got to work. OK, I did get to go to Disney Studios and Universal STudios and they were fun.
Now we are headed back to Austin for Bethany's birth in a few weeks. We'll be in Austin 2-3 months and then head out before the allergy season gets bad and the weather hot. I know, it's a tough life but someone has to do it! We are blessed and we know it.
