Getting from static to interactive

Most websites are static.... a page of content which is nothing more than a billboard on the Internet.  Even my website, sitestreet.com, is mostly static.  And most methods of interactivity can be expensive (like e-commerce) or time-consuming to maintain (like a customer intranet or portal).  However, our newest service, website videos, brings with it the excitement of interactivity while being simple and affordable.

I'm really very excited about it.  I'm still thinking about how I will do my website video, as I fully intend to have one.  It's a little trickier for the web hosting and web design industries as a full portfolio is the best testiment to the work we do.  But for some, a video can add a real personal touch to the web message.

I'm looking for realtors, really, as the video can be used as a personal tour of a home.  It's more interesting than the typical "virtual tours" you see on a realtor's website as the realtor themselves can walk through the house and point out the highlights.

There are plenty of other uses too... like showing a quick product demo (I might do this with my CMS!) or showing the face behind the company.  I can't wait to start filming for my clients and really add some "cool" factor to their sites!
